Please note that you are not required to be present during a service call should access to the pool heating and equipment be available for the technicians. This MAY allow works to be completed sooner.

5. Terms & Conditions of Service Booking

The Online Booking Terms below are applicable and have been updated as of January 2023

We ask you to read our Online Booking Terms and Conditions as you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood these before your booking can be confirmed.

• Should the required works be deemed outside warranty conditions, an applicable Service Call Out fee will be charged, which includes the first 15 minutes of on-site labour
• Additional time / labour is billed in 15-minute increments
• Any additional or specialised materials not previously discussed or quoted are price on request
• All service repairs and maintenance come with a 3 month warranty
• Payment is due completion of works and is to be provided via Credit Card ONLY - Visa or MasterCard can be provided in person or via phone with payment particulars to be prearranged.
• Extra travel charges may apply for regional areas
• All service call requests will receive confirmation of appointment request with works to be engaged within 5 – 10 business days, weather permitting.- Timeframes may extend during peak swimming season (Aug – Feb)
• I understand that completing the Sunlover Heating online service form is a REQUEST and not a confirmed appointment until such time a Sunlover representative contacts me
